35th Annual Juried Exhibition: Beloved Community
The many challenging events of the past year have reminded us all of the responsibility to care; for ourselves, for each other, and the environment around us. Through our landmark 35th Annual Juried exhibition we wish to highlight the necessity for collective care and the ways in which we enact this care, especially during times of great need.
34th Annual Juried Exhibition: Introspection
Today, where everyone is dealing with the anxieties of daily life, it is often difficult to take time to reflect on our thoughts and feelings, to sit back and ask ourselves one question, ‘Who am I?’.
This year, Scarborough Arts invites you to join us on an introspective journey. It is a time to focus on ourselves, to develop a more thorough understanding of our core values, capabilities, and ambitions. It is a moment to realize our challenges and triumphs. Through your art, you can explore yourself in abstract and creative ways.
33rd Annual Juried Exhibition: Equity Through Emergence
For Scarborough Arts’ 33rd Annual Juried Exhibition, we asked artists to submit works that respond to the theme Equity through Emergence. Join us on Monday, November 19 for the opening reception of this new exhibition and be the first to see a diverse selection of works exploring social justice, community arts, decolonization, truth, and social change from 30+ Toronto-based artists.
