Workshop #2: Painted Rocks for Your Garden

Learn different acrylic painting techniques that you can use in designing your own rock of hope. We will brainstorm what brings us a sense of happiness and hope and then translate our ideas into imagery for our painted rocks. The final product can be placed in the new Scarborough Arts Butterfly Garden or in your own backyard. No previous art making experience required. In this workshop series, you’ll join people in your neighbourhood in spreading positive messages of hope through creating window art, painted rocks for your garden, and DIY postcards.
