The iconic Scarborough Civic Centre turns 50 this year! Join a celebration of this momentous occasion, hosted by the City of Toronto, on Sunday, October 1, from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Scarborough Civic Centre Rotunda and Albert Campbell Square (150 Borough Dr., Scarborough M1P 4N7). Official remarks will begin at 1:30 p.m.
Celebrate #ScarboroughCC50 with a range of family friendly festivities and entertainment for all ages. What’s more, the afternoon will feature musical performances by Scarborough’s own Bitter and Broke (@bitterxbroke), the Odin Quartet @odinquartet) presented by Scarborough Philharmonic Orchestra, the Nathaniel Dett Chorale (@ndettchorale), and the Pan Fantasy Steelband (@panfantasy).
