Participants will receive information about the art kits pick up/drop off prior to the first class in January.
We will also be hosting the final art works at a gallery space downtown (time and date to be confirmed): Alien Art Market & Gallery is a social enterprise and storefront that features unique works by local Toronto artists and runs creative events for all ages. Its profits directly support Story Planet - a nonprofit organization dedicated to amplifying the voices of children and young people in diverse communities across Toronto. Story Planet's creative writing and art workshops inspire the imagination of children, build critical literacy and communication skills, and nurture in young people a belief in the value of their ideas and lived experiences.
Once registered you will receive a Zoom link before the first class.
*Note that these workshops will be recorded, so participants will be able to review classes again.
