“Scarborough” Film, Now Playing

Scarborough, based on the award-winning novel by Catherine Hernandez, by Compy Films, and in partnership with Scarborough Arts, is now available to watch in theatres.

An adaptation of Catherine Hernandez's 2017 novel Scarborough, the film centres on the coming of age of Bing (Liam Diaz), Sylvie (Essence Fox) and Laura (Anna Claire Beitel), three young children in a low-income neighborhood in Scarborough as they learn the value of community, passion, and resilience over the course of a school year.

You can watch the film in Toronto at Cineplex Odeon Morningside and TIFF Bell Lightbox. You can also see it at The Westdale in Hamilton.
