We are seeking non-profit and industry leaders with strong community connections and networks in Scarborough and the GTA with experience in the following areas: Finance, Accounting, Governance, Marketing and Communications, Human Resources, Law, Gallery Programming and Exhibitions, Volunteer Management, and - as always - Artists and Collectives!

Play a key role in shaping this historic organization that has served Scarborough residents and the City of Toronto for over 42 years! It is an exciting time at Scarborough Arts as the organization continues to grow, evolve and service the growing population of the region. As a member of the Board of Directors, your experience, professional expertise, and passion will allow Scarborough Arts to reach the next level of operation.

Scarborough Arts is a not-for-profit organization that serves the community through the arts and cultural services,programming and advocacy since 1978. Scarborough Arts develops, delivers and promotes arts programming and cultural initiatives in collaboration and partnership with the communities of Scarborough. We are one of only six Local Arts Service Organizations (LASOs) of the City of Toronto. We are supported by our partners and funders: The City of Toronto, Ontario Arts Council, Ontario Arts Foundation and Delta Downsview Bingo and Gaming, among others. Our mission is to connect arts to the community and the community to the arts.
