Scarborough Arts welcomes Carole Staveley, author of the book Not Lying Down, on Friday, March 13, from 12 noon to 2 pm for a Lunch & Learn event at The Bluffs Gallery. Carole will inspire and share with us her personal wisdom and successes as illustrated in her book, Not Lying Down — a motivational story about successfully navigating through chronic pain and significant challenges to accomplish great, sometimes unimaginable things.

In celebration of International Women’s Day on March 8, 2015, Scarborough Arts is pleased to recognize and celebrate the amazing women among us throughout the month of March with a series of events that are informative, motivational, and exciting, including a collection of literary pieces and visual artworks with the theme, “Unsung Sheroes.”
