Healthy Arts for Seniors

Scarborough Arts, in partnership with the East Scarborough Storefront and Agincourt Community Services Association, is pleased to announce Healthy Arts for Seniors (HAFS), a free photography and storytelling program for Scarborough seniors aged 55+. In a series of weekly workshops, participants will be encouraged to explore various ways of storytelling through words and images. At the end of the program, written, audio, and photographic works produced by senior participants will be collected and published in a print and online anthology and will be showcased at a launch event.

We are currently inviting seniors aged 55+ who are interested in learning the art of photography and writing to apply. No previous experience in photography or storytelling necessary! All materials will be provided.
