How can youth capture and inspire social change through the arts?
Scarborough Arts’ flagship program, EAST Animating Democracy, will explore this question at its first Youth Forum. A panel of esteemed artist-activists and community leaders will respond to questions from Scarborough’s youth and emerging artists.
