Yearbook Exhibition Re-Imagined for 401 Richmond

30th January

We are thrilled to announce that Yearbook, an exhibition originally curated by Reese de Guzman for Scarborough Arts in March 2016, has been re-imagined by Myseum of Toronto for the Myseum Hub space at 401 Richmond!

Yearbooks are honest and personal recollections of history. Their stories depict the social and political climate of the times and recount tales of youth that transcend technological advancements.

The Yearbook exhibit at 401 Richmond explores over 80 years of Scarborough’s history through yearbooks – combining the past and present to reveal the beauty and diversity of Scarborough. All of the artwork displayed was produced by students of Scarborough’s past. These carefully selected pieces aim to inspire a renewed appreciation for the art, fashion and growing diversity captured by Toronto’s citizens.

The yearbooks on display have been generously provided by Scarborough Archives.

Catch the exhibit at 401 Richmond until … Read More »
