Apr 10 @ 18:00 – 20:00
Bright Flight - Opening Reception & Open Mic Night @ The Bluffs Gallery | Toronto | Ontario | Canada

Celebrate with us as we welcome the month with an Opening Reception and Open Mic Night hosted by award-winning spoken word artist Patrick de Belen. We will put a spotlight on our exhibiting visual artists as well as on the variety of storytellers, and multi-generational performers who will grace the stage that evening, including classical singer Jonathan Lee; EAST Collective artists Seth Dyer and Jermain Jordan; and Scarborough Seniors Write literary artists Angelina Reyesand Joan Little. Refreshments will be served.

Arts and crafts activities for school-aged children will also be available at this event free of charge with advance registration! Contact Susan at 416-698-7322 or susan [at] scarborougharts [dot] com during regular business hours and let us know how many children you will be bringing.

This exhibition is part of our April event series Bright Flight: An Exploration of Spring and Colour, an exciting and eclectic mix of events that celebrate our members and our anticipation of the spring season.

All month long, The Bluffs Gallery will host a series of free events, including visual arts exhibitions, an opening reception and open mic night, a lunch and learn, and a paint night. We hope to see you at one or all of these events!
